Responsibility

  • create a menu that will please the most finicky customers
  • prepare fresh food daily, using locally sourced and organic produce whenever available; educate and inspire staff to do the same
  • maintain detailed records of the restaurant's inventory, including ingredients and food costs
  • conduct taste tests to determine which recipes will be most successful
  • create new dishes based on customer feedback
  • ensure that all kitchen staff are working at maximum efficiency
  • plans menus, prepares sweets or oversees their preparation and monitors the quality of finished sweets
  • we will also be requiring them to implement measure for effective making of our products
