- liaise with Royal Mail / couriers to book in and prepare items for collection
- respond to routine customer enquiries via e-mail and telephone
- identify non-routine customer enquiries and escalate as appropriate
- maintain a tidy and well-organised stock storage system
- identify new product lines
- monitor listings and take action on under-performing product lines
- unpack, check and upload new stock to electronic stock-control system
Requirements

- possesses excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- really cares about customer service
