Responsibility

  • previous Shot Blaster Operative Experience would be ideal but we are prepared to offer full training for a willing candidate
  • duties include
  • workplace maintenance
  • compressed air and associated equipment operation
  • parts stripping, cleaning and blasting surfaces in preparation for coatings and overlays
  • operation of shot blasting equipment/Airless Spray Painting/Powder Coating Equipment
  • manual handling is a key part of the role
  • the work is physical with manual handling so a healthy and physically capable candidate is desirable. As full PPE including face mask is worn most of the day people with glasses may find the job difficult
