Responsibility
- review of consolidation packs & questionnaires submitted by group businesses
- preparation of the dormant company accounts for the UK subsidiaries
- prepare internal audit reports for discussion with management
- working with the GFC, GFA, auditors and external advisors to ensure accurate accounting for acquisitions
- ensure the Group’s compliance with the ‘Making Tax Digital’ requirements, including the operation of the short term and long term solutions generate accurate submissions for the group VAT and other returns, including the implementation of suitable submission systems / add-ins
- review, development and progression of the global transfer pricing policies and documentation, including liaison with the Group’s tax advisers and ensuring that appropriate adjustments are made at local level, delivering global compliance with the arrangements
- undertake internal audit visits
- keeping up to date with changes in financial reporting requirements
