Responsibility
- develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization
- utilize various recruiting tools such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to source candidates
- screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
- conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization
- coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members
- manage the applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded
- conduct background checks and reference checks on potential hires
- assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes
Education
- certificate of Higher Education
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
- knowledge of HRIS systems and processes
- strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- excellent research skills with the ability to identify potential candidates through various sources
- proven track record of lead generation and successful recruitment efforts
