  • mower’s Ark CIC is a specialist Christian Day Service in Northamptonshire for young people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Sensory Impairments
  • mower’s Ark vision is a society where people with learning disabilities and sensory impairments are valuable members of the community
  • be responsible for informing the Manager/Senior Support Worker of any changes in the needs of Customers
  • attend statutory training and any other training as directed by management
  • be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support
