Responsibility

  • undertake support needs assessments, develop mutually agreed support plans with young people and provide tenancy support services
  • 10. Represent Moving On at meetings the Chief Executive deems to be relevant
  • 13. To undertake any other duties as directed by the Chief Executive
  • work within and maintain records in accordance with the organisation’s policies and procedures particularly around confidentiality and safeguarding of clients
  • undertake individual needs assessments and implement support plans, largely through direct work with young people in their own homes and ensure they effectively access other specialised services if appropriate
