Responsibility
- we are looking for our next superstar to drive and grow our team of Estate Agents in our Gloucester Branch
- retention & acquisition of clients
- deliver targets whilst conforming to compliance and continual improvement
- maximising Branch profitability, working closely with their branch team to ensure objectives are hit
- determining and delivering Key Performance Indicators
- contributing to the Branch by maximising any opportunities
- you will be directly involved in identifying, generating, booking and undertaking property valuations / viewings, bringing property to the market and growing the property portfolio along with overseeing your team
- delivering an effective, efficient and professional estate agency service to customers deliver all targets and standards of performance that meet company guidelines
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- preferably an experienced Manager /Senior Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent, Lister / Valuer looking to accelerate your career
- demonstratable generation of new business in a target driven environment
- outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate
- supervising experience: 1 year
- customer service: 1 year
