Responsibility
- develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
- identify and develop new business opportunities through a proven prospecting strategy
- build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop and execute sales plans
- be aware of market trends and industry needs and share insights with the wider team for product development and innovation
- manage the sales pipeline and provide regular update reports
- keep up to date with Move iQ’s current portfolio and industry changes and trends
- hold regular briefing meetings as required
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales
- experience selling to a senior-level contact
- confident and positive energy
- can work to and enforce deadlines
- proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- experience in cold calling and generating new business
- knowledge of digital marketing in property sector would be an advantage but not essential
