- operate espresso machines and other equipment to make high quality drinks
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines in food preparation and storage
- handle transactions and deal with customer queries in a professional and friendly manner
- assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
- 6 months of coffee experience required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and be on time for all shifts
- basic math skills for order calculations and refunds
