maintaining company statutory affairs using cloud technology, including company incorporations and corporate re-organisations
client on-boarding and maintaining client databases using cloud software
operating online banking, including paying approved invoices

Requirements
excellent verbal and written communication skills
good understanding of company statutory requirements and secretarial good-practice
understanding of procedures relating to client engagement and billing
previous experience in secretarial or administrative role in accountancy or law firm preferred
secretarial: 1 year
conscientious, super organised, and with excellent attention to detail / Smart and professional / Strong work ethic and sense of ownership / Sensitive to varied customer personalities and needs / Technology savvy and willing to learn new tools
