Requirements
- degree, HND, HNC or other similar quality formal education
- must have experience in a transmission related telecommunications field
- must have specific experience on Access and Core networks, but also be experienced in supporting operations and general engineering responsibilities
- experience in commissioning and testing activities
- understanding of network and element management systems and north Bound interfaces
- experience in designing different transmission network topologies, and experience on IP Based devices will be preferable
- strong knowledge of communications infrastructure, data centres, exchanges and wiring practices
- strong knowledge of packet based transmission networks
