Responsibility
- customer Service Advisor for Automotive Vehicles
- provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- invoicing works once complete and filing jobsheets and other relative paperwork
- maintain customer records and update information as needed
- collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
- follow company policies and procedures
- handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, from customers which will be followed by supplying the client with quotes for repairs on their vehicles
Requirements
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult or irate customers
- strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members
