Responsibility
- perform automotive repairs, including paintwork, dent removal, and scratch repair, utilizing the latest industry techniques and tools
- travel to customer locations in Uxbridge and surrounding areas to provide on-site repairs
- conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage and provide accurate estimates for repairs
- ensure all repair work meets the highest standards of quality and adheres to manufacturer specifications
- maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the van and tools
- keep up-to-date with the latest repair techniques and attend training courses as required
- provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating repair options and ensuring customer satisfaction
- follow company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, at all times
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- must have excellent customer service and communication skills, be honest and reliable
- excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- some experience in paintwork, dent removal, and scratch repair would be desirable but not necessary
- ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with the business owner
- good communication skills with the ability to explain repair options clearly to customers
- valid Full UK driver's license with a clean driving record
- willingness to travel to customer locations and work on-site
