Responsibility

  • reviewing and monitor vehicle and after-sales transactions
  • manage and support small Accounts and admin team
  • oversee Purchase and Sales ledgers and controlling debtors
  • reconciling Bank movement on a daily basis and prepare regular cash flow forecasts
  • submitting quarterly VAT returns
  • submitting our monthly composite report, as required by Toyota GB
  • balance sheet reconciliation
  • review monthly management accounts and work consultatively with the management teams to identify trends and remedy problems
