Requirements
- proven experience as a motocross workshop and events mechanic
- knowledge of various makes and models of motocross bikes
- strong understanding of mechanics and electrical systems
- experience with tools and equipment commonly used in the field
- ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- strong communication and customer service skills
Responsibility
- service and repair motocross bikes to a high standard
- perform regular maintenance and safety checks on bikes
- diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- prepare and set up bikes for events
- complete bike logs and risk assessments
- warranty repairs
- parts orders and stock
- work with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations
