  • project manager

Responsibility

  • create and manage timelines and schedules from kick off to project completion
  • ensure the design team, workshop and subcontractors are provided with the information they need to aid the smooth running of the project
  • work with the Head of Design and Projects Team to collate Project Development Costs and monitor the scope of the project if the brief is altered
  • attend and manage site surveys and installations with clients and contactors
  • manage PO sheets and project reconciliations, keeping the Projects Director and Finance Manager up to date with any changes
  • issue project agreements and work with the Finance Manager to ensure each is signed and filed
  • schedule project kick off meetings and wrap ups to deliver projects successfully and utilise key learnings to develop process
  • collate and manage production budgets, including the review of supplier options and production cost options. Safeguarding forecasted profits for projects
