Responsibility
- motion Healthcare are a fast-growing importer of scooters and powerchairs, specialising in innovation and quality
- inputting Sales Orders and resolving any queries relating to them
- taking customer payments
- after an excessive level of growth, we are looking to add a Customer Relationship Co-ordinator to our team to help provide our continued growth
- co-ordinating with our couriers to chase orders, book collections and make claims
- as Customer Relationship Co-ordinator you will be working with the Customer Relationship Manager to continue the businesses expansion by increasing our brand awareness and offering our customers a better experience when buying from us
- general admin support for the Motion Healthcare Team
- answering phone calls and emails from our business to business customers and members of the public asking any product and sales related questions
Requirements
- have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- be organised and have the ability to plan and prioritise own workload
- have a pro-active approach to problem solving
