analyse and optimise campaigns around client goals and KPIs using data-driven insights and tactics
develop internal and client facing relationships via weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings both independently and as part of a wider team
create reports that showcase results, insights and roadmaps for future creative and paid strategy
build, optimise and manage TikTok campaigns for clients whilst working closely with our creatives strategies and aligning with clients short and long-term goals
assist with new business audits, pitches, and proposals where required
working with clients and team members to set monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals and objectives and KPIs - taking ownership of those that you set
displaying high level communication skills including concise communication of learnings and insights, both qualitative and quantitative, with ability to lead sometimes challenging conversations and meetings
A finger on the pulse of all things DTC and paid advertising in order to hypothesis and implement new tests, suggest new and creative strategies, spot industry trends, provide relevant insights and put our clients in the best possible position for success
