Responsibility
- we now have an exciting opportunity for a Service Support Administrator to join the team at our Tewkesbury site
- as a Service support administrator you responsible for the timely administration of all documentation associated with the contracts
- implementation and Monitoring of rigorous site Document Control Policies and highlighting areas of non-compliance
- this will include both paper and electronic administration systems
- ensuring both paper and electronic based administration systems are kept up to date in line with agreed KPI’s
- assist with the co-ordination of the daily / weekly / monthly routine work schedules
- manage all aspects of site documentation including Health and Safety Documentation, Permits to Work, Technical Documentation, Maintenance Documentation, Installation Documentation, Financial Information and Personnel Clearance information
- assist Operations Director in the gathering of information as and when required
