Responsibility
- preparing dispositions and other documents in sale/purchase of commercial real estate transactions
- preparing/checking draft LBTT forms
- carrying out searches on ScotLIS
- drafting and submitting Advance Notices
- drafting and negotiating lease management contracts such as rent review memoranda, licenses for works, minutes of variation
- supporting the Edinburgh real estate in legal administration of ongoing matters, including client onboarding and file opening
- assisting the team with the preparations and circulation of client reports
