- storing food and equipment safely
- adapting the menu as part of a team to ensure it remains nutritious and delicious
- keeping track of food/equipment stocks so deliveries can be organised when necessary
- maintaining up to date records on: children's allergies/dietary requirements, cleaning, fridge and food temperatures etc
