  • to assist in the day to day running of a busy bar that serves food and a wide range of drinks. This is a “hands on” role and the ideal applicant must be hardworking, committed, organised, adaptable and have excellent communication skills
  • above all you will need to be charismatic, personable, and passionate about customer service to ensure that the bar is welcoming to a wide range of customers
  • the candidate must be reliable, adapt to flexible hours at times, prepared to cover the Stewards holiday leave when required and 2 full days cover per week to include opening and closing requirements. Hours worked will be according to demand
