  • the Global Transaction Reporting team is looking for a Technical Lead and Owner to join the team in London
  • you will be part of a global dynamic team building systems that are critical to the business

  • hands-on Java development experience with a current working knowledge of the language
  • good understanding of relational and columnar databases such as DB2 and Greenplum and build/integration tooling

Responsibility

  • delivery of the programme is the initial primary focus through to 2024, unblocking and tackling any issues arising that hinder delivery
  • primary face off to our Fleet Lead for the ETD space in our Operations team
  • manage the full ecosystem of Technology, including the effective partnership with external vendors and providers
  • tech Lead/Tech Owner on point for delivery of ETD replatforming for EMIR 2 and build out of the new EMIR 3 regulation on GTRS
  • key point of contact for upstream tech engagement in conjunction with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Functional and Technical Architects
  • asset support and stability, including increasing productivity whilst managing cost and quality
  • will be the face of EMIR ETD at Steer Cos - should have a clear idea of the position of ETD EMIR deliverables and what is being delivered when
  • in conjunction with Fleet Lead, create a vision for EMIR ETD on GTRS, looking front to back and across the ETD flow
