identify and prioritise customers, lapsed customers, and prospects to manage and pursue business development opportunities
retain existing customers by building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions
develop business with existing customers by upselling, cross-selling, and identifying opportunities for additional product offerings
implement strategies to regain lapsed customers and convert them into regular spenders through targeted sales initiatives
win new customers by conducting market research, prospecting, and engaging in effective sales techniques
prepare professional and persuasive sales proposals tailored to meet customer requirements
meet and exceed assigned sales targets and gross profit objectives
Requirements
stay knowledgeable and up to date on relevant office products, furniture, and services
keep DSE qualifications up to date to ensure compliance with ergonomic standards
actively contribute ideas and participate in potential improvements to enhance the performance of the business
take ownership of issues as they arise and ensure their timely resolution by involving the appropriate person
