  • capable of leveraging existing investor relationships as well as establishing new connections
  • problem-solver
  • working knowledge / professional experience in allocating properties suitable for investments, assessing opportunities and mitigating and negotiating terms and transactions
  • self-motivated, detail oriented, energetic with exceptional design, graphic, communication and organizational skills
  • computer skills preferably include Sketchup, AutoCAD and the Adobe Creative Suite as well as project management software
  • 15+ years of architectural/Residential design and project management capabilities
