Responsibility
- ensure invoices for all instructed works are checked thoroughly, approved and sent to Finance for payment
- ensure the accuracy of maintenance items charged to landlord accounts
- achieve approval from landlords for maintenance requests to their property
- liaise with trades to manage deliveries and ‘sign off’ approval for works
- communicate all actions to be taken, including deadlines, to all clients
- communicating with tenants via message and telephone
- manage planned maintenance and daily ad-hoc maintenance issues, liaising with the appropriate contractors to deliver the work and keeping tenants, property owners and other stakeholders up to date at all times, as well maintaining excellent records within our property management systems
- effectively manage maintenance budgets and deliver to target
