- obtain quotes and estimates for necessary repairs from contractors
- work with tenants and contractors to pro-actively address repairs and ensure they are completed within specified time frames
- keep tenants informed of all relevant matters
- arrange for the annual renewal of gas and electric safety certificates for managed properties, in compliance with requirements and legislation
- keep all property files and computer records up-to-date
- handle requests related to rent reviews, renewals, and vacation procedures from landlords, and provide guidance on legislation as required
- follow up on interim property inspection reports and promptly address any necessary repairs or breaches of tenancy, ensuring that landlords are kept informed throughout the process
