we are looking for Staff Nurse for nights on our busy complex nursing units, working with a team of nurses, nursing assistants and under the guidance of the night manager and clinical lead
this will be for a minimum of 3 days per week covering both weekends and weekdays
we are a complex nursing establishment, caring for individuals with ABI, Spinal Injuries, Neurological conditions inclusive of tracheostomies, PEGS, JEJ, NG, catheters, cough assist, NIV etc
we are looking for a bubbly, hard working and motivating individual. Someone who sees a job through, can communicate well, and has good clinical knowledge within their field
clinical training can be given in areas such as tracheostomies, although is highly desired. RGN/RMN will be considered or an RNLD with strong clinical experience

Requirements
proven experience in patient care, preferably within nursing homes or assisted living settings
strong skills in behaviour management to effectively support clients with challenging behaviours
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
A compassionate approach with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care
relevant qualifications or certifications in health care or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory
