  • construct and assemble scaffolding structures according to blueprints and specifications
  • inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment for safety and functionality
  • install and dismantle scaffolding at construction sites
  • collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
  • adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working at heights
  • assist with other construction-related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • proficient in welding and fabrication techniques
  • experience in glass installation, construction painting, drywall, cabinet installation, and flooring installation
  • knowledge of heavy equipment operation for material handling
  • ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations
  • excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues on-site
  • physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects
