Requirements
- proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting
- strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, particularly in Japanese cuisine
- familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen
- excellent knife skills and attention to detail in meal presentation
- ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for culinary arts with a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques
- strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
