centre manager
Working hours
- part-time
Responsibility
- you will manage, market, and operate the Centre to the highest of professional standards
- you will be fully conversant of the demographic of the suburb, the customers using the
- centre and the development of the area
- ensure that all operations and planned maintenance arranged by the property management team is undertaken
- ensure that the property management team is notified of any facilities or maintenance issue
- you will keep the owner, asset manager and property manager fully informed of any leasing opportunities, maintenance, and risk management issues
- you will ensure that key information about the Centre, owners, and business plan to be confidential and discretion to be exercised with disclosure of sensitive information
- develop strong relationships with all the key contractors and members of the property management team. This would include the property managers, security staff, cleaners, and maintenance contractors
Requirements
- professional qualification or, at a minimum, experience of working in a professional organisation
- experience in a sales, marketing, or business development
- excellent organisational and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines
- self-motivated and able to work on own initiative without direct supervision
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate with clients, management and key staff
- business development: 3 years
