- installing hard landscaping features such as patios, driveways, footings, fencing, turf etc
- laying materials like porcelain, natural stone, paving slabs, and block paving with precision
- excavation and preparation of grounds, with a vast knowledge of levels, falls and ground conditions
- working with drainage systems, edging, and borders to ensure proper water flow and landscaping integrity
- collaborating with the design team to interpret plans and execute them accurately
- maintaining high standards of quality and safety on all projects
- providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction with completed projects
Requirements
- proven experience as a Hard Landscaper or in a similar role
- solid understanding of materials, tools, and landscaping techniques
- ability to read and work from plans and specifications
- strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- good physical fitness, as this is a physically demanding role
- excellent communication and team-working skills
- valid driver’s license is preferred
- CSCS card or equivalent
