Responsibility

  • to undertake objective setting, annual appraisals and termly reviews in conjunction with the
  • role Title: Deputy Manager
  • reporting to: Nursery Manager
  • to oversee the efficient and safe running of the allocated Base Room and to provide support to other Room Leaders ensuring they too are managing their Base Rooms appropriately
  • to provide guidance and leadership to other members of the team particularly with planning, welfare of children, safeguarding, health and safety and team work
  • to assist in co-ordinating rotas, deployment, lunches etc whilst maintaining staff:child ratios at all times
  • responsible for the day-to-day running of the allocated Base Room
