Responsibility

  • we are looking for a deputy manager to join our team at our 28 place Ofsted rated good setting in Caversham
  • candidates must be experienced in managing staff and dealing with parents
  • experience of IT systems would be beneficial but full training will be given
  • would ideally suit someone looking to work for a small company with a family feel that put the children at the centre of everything we do
  • as a company we also place a large focus on training and development for the team, with members of the management team currently studying for business degrees or foundation degrees
  • this is a varied role where you will be responsible for the day to day running of the nursery, managing staff, approving observations, meeting and greeting parents, performing show arounds and training the staff beneath you
  • the position has opened up due to internal. promotion and expansion of the company so is a very exciting time to join us
