Responsibility
- taking customer's details and payments through our till systems
- the Receptionist is the first person a customer sees and talks to when arriving at the soft play centre. You have to be presentable and polite, be a good listener, have communication skills and be able to provide the correct information when asked
- answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the customer's needs
- taking Party bookings
- communicating centre rule and safety
- carrying out admin duties
- keeping the centre clean and tidy
- maintaining security for the building making sure gates are closed and making sure no one enters or leaves the building without the receptionists being aware
