Responsibility

  • appointing, managing, motivating, and reviewing staff performance
  • working closely with purchasing to keep an optimum level of inventory
  • managing customer returns, customer complaints, and resolution of the same to the highest customer satisfaction
  • working closely with accounts regarding invoicing, credits, or pricing queries
  • run weekly special promotions ensuring that targets are achieved
  • as Retail Manager, your focus will be on maximizing sales and achieving targets whilst ensuring first-class service to all our customers.In doing so you will have full autonomy within your branch and support from the management team
  • monitors the impact of campaigns and activations through analysis, data, and insight from multiple sources to understand if they delivered the intended outcomes
