Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the seamless coordination and functioning of administrative tasks
  • manage and maintain employee records, including contracts, payroll information, and other confidential documents
  • coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
  • assist in the preparation and organization of report and important documents
  • liaise with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • handle correspondence, both written and electronic, in a prompt and efficient manner
  • receive and direct incoming calls and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and promptly assisting with information or redirecting to the appropriate department

Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • additional certification or training in office administration or security-related fields is advantageous
  • proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role within the security industry
  • proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications such as QuickBooks
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on professionalism and clarity
  • ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
  • exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
