Responsibility
oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the seamless coordination and functioning of administrative tasks
manage and maintain employee records, including contracts, payroll information, and other confidential documents
coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
assist in the preparation and organization of report and important documents
liaise with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely and professional communication
handle correspondence, both written and electronic, in a prompt and efficient manner
receive and direct incoming calls and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and promptly assisting with information or redirecting to the appropriate department
Requirements
high school diploma or equivalent required
additional certification or training in office administration or security-related fields is advantageous
proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role within the security industry
proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications such as QuickBooks
excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on professionalism and clarity
ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
