Responsibility

  • deputise in the absence of the Site Manager
  • react in a timely manner to any issues that arise and support their resolution
  • continually assess the need for and monitor the availability and serviceability of all uniforms, site-specific clothing, PPE, equipment and materials
  • appropriate allocation of staff to ensure site schedule and specification are met
  • achieve and improve all site operational key performance indicators
  • ensure the delivery of services to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of the customer, within the scope of the contract
  • build a strong relationship with the customer and ensure that the rest of the team follow suit, in accordance with their role
  • report all incidents, accidents and near-misses in line with policy

Requirements

  • excellent Customer service skills with a customer focus and a proven record of working within a customer facing role
  • strong leadership, motivational and organisational skills, not to mention the ability to delegate
  • experience in cleaning offices, production , labs etc
  • experience working within a results-oriented environment
  • cleaning/supervisor experience
