Requirements
- proven experience as a Lead Software Developer or in a similar leadership role within a product-focused environment
- expertise in Python
- strong understanding of building scalable, high-performance systems and applications
- experience working in a growth-driven product team, ideally within a scaling organization
- proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture
- solid experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools like Docker
- excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
