  • provide exceptional service by understanding customer needs and offering personalised jewellery recommendations
  • maintain knowledge of our jewellery collections and be able to communicate product details effectively
  • ensure displays are visually appealing, well-organised, and fully stocked
  • process transactions accurately and handle payments with care
  • contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues as needed

Requirements

  • passion for jewellery and a strong desire to help customers find the perfect piece
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work weekends, ideally ability to flex into the week during busy periods
