- attend, host and document the relevant meetings as required
- provide a monthly Bid Managers activity report to the Board
- provide feedback in relation to both successful and unsuccessful bids and tenders
- maintain and develop relationships with existing clients with current forecast requirements
- submit entries for awards as agreed by the Board
