Requirements

- proficient in software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
- excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- familiarity with help desk ticketing systems
- basic understanding of computer hardware components
- ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
