MOBILITYPLUS WHEELCHAIRS is looking for employees for positions:
- communicate with customers via phone and email, as well as face-to-face at our appointment-only showroom
- provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- taking orders and payments over the phone and managing customer expectations
- identify customer needs and resolve their queries
- work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- data entry in various platforms
- organising refunds and product return
- at least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise work

- strong computer skills
- patience and empathy when talking to customers
