customer service representative

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • communicate with customers via phone and email, as well as face-to-face at our appointment-only showroom
  • provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • taking orders and payments over the phone and managing customer expectations
  • identify customer needs and resolve their queries
  • work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • data entry in various platforms
  • organising refunds and product return

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Requirements

  • at least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise work
  • customer service
  • strong computer skills
  • patience and empathy when talking to customers
