Responsibility
- answering business calls
- taking and processing orders over the phone & online
- have the ability to learn & sell our mobility products - adaptations and Scooters/wheelchairs
- managing inbound company emails
- maintaining relationships with our customers and our key clients
- must be organised and able to manage the job diary, schedule appointments and keep up-to-date notes on the system
- general office duties - filing paperwork etc
- ideally a quick learner as knowledge of products will be required within this role
