Requirements

  • experience in the repair/re-instatement industry is not essential as full training in this area will be given
  • an understanding or interest in the construction industry
  • experience in Retail/Hospitality Management would be an advantage but not essential
  • maths and IT knowledge
  • commercial awareness, with excellent planning and time management skills
  • strong leadership skills
  • proven track record in delivering effective customer service, team development and meeting targets would be essential
  • business management skills
