Requirements
- experience in the repair/re-instatement industry is not essential as full training in this area will be given
- an understanding or interest in the construction industry
- experience in Retail/Hospitality Management would be an advantage but not essential
- maths and IT knowledge
- commercial awareness, with excellent planning and time management skills
- strong leadership skills
- proven track record in delivering effective customer service, team development and meeting targets would be essential
- business management skills
