Requirements
- minimum of 3 years’ experience as a solo practitioner in the area of civil law; personal injury experience preferred
- experience with estate planning is preferred
- experience with probate and/or estate administration is preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in legal documents
- ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
- ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure under stress or deadlines
- knowledge of current state statutes and local ordinances regarding personal injury law preferred
