Responsibility

  • responsible for the Electrical design of equipment for special purpose machines
  • the candidate will be able to interpret customer design specifications, produce well organised detailed drawings and schematics
  • complete and maintain BOM’s
  • PLC & Drives experience with Allan Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi
  • support purchasing department to source and verify parts from suppliers
  • liaise with suppliers regarding schematics and control of new equipment
  • occasionally there may be other engineering activities to perform, however the emphasis of the role will be to create electrical designs using the Eplan P8 design software
