Responsibility
- provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of all IT hardware and software throughout the company, across multiple sites
- prompt resolution of support service tickets and support requests
- setup and installation of PCs and laptops, including necessary peripheral devices
- create and maintain user accounts in Microsoft 365/Active Directory
- report issues with servers, firewall, anti-spam, antivirus, or O365 to 3rd line support as needed
- monitor servers for general functionality, speed, disk space, etc
- purchase IT items when required
