Responsibility

  • rates of pay start at £16.00
  • start time 7.00am – finish time 4.00pm Mon-Thu, Fri 7.00am – 1.00pm
  • holiday entitlement is 29 days including bank holidays
  • we are a sheet metal work / fabrication company based In Halifax that specialises in all aspects of engineering within quality environments such as the food industry
  • we undertake a wide variety of work such as general stainless steel fabrication, conveyor manufacture, process pipe work manufacture, line removals / relocations, bespoke design manufacture, platform manufacture and installations
  • we require an experienced fabrication engineer to join our team to help build our business and keep up with the high standards of work we produce

Requirements

  • full UK driving licence is essential
  • experience with MIG and TIG welding stainless steel is essential
  • pattern development skills are preferred but not essential
  • willingness to work overtime and sometimes working away required
  • experience working in quality environments such as food industry preferred but not essential
  • mewp licence or experience driving preferred but not essential
  • working with pipe work preferred but not essential
  • being able to work alone or within a team is required
